Highland Park’s 93 acres were part of a 4,000 acre assemblage by the Callaway family in the early 1900s. Undisturbed during the 20th century, the land presents a perfect blend of old growth trees and rolling terrain. Highland Park’s land plan respects the land’s natural beauty; roads rise and fall with the contours of the land, green space is maximized and lots are located to offer the right blend of privacy and community.
